2. Christina Aguilera
The famous diva took a hiatus from her career to spend more time with her family and maintain a healthy lifestyle. “It’s a lot of stagnant energy sitting in a chair for 3 years, and I was excited at the chance I got to finally have a break to spend time with my son and do things that fulfill me,” Xtina shared. “Honestly, I feel like when you get a moment to just breathe and experience life, especially as an artist, it’s hard to sit down and not be an artist for a while and not be a mom.”
3. Kelly Osbourne
For a long time, the “Drop Dead Diva” star struggled with her mass and body shape, she revealed, “I was called fat and ugly in the press almost my entire life…it broke my heart and ruined my self-esteem.”
Osbourne considers her appearance on Dancing with the Stars to be a watershed moment in her weight-loss journey. Louis van Amstel, her partner, was there for her on and off stage. “He made me eat turkey burgers and salads and explained to me that a high-protein, low-carb diet would keep me energized,” the singer said. “Then I started losing weight and realized, ‘Oh, it’s true what they say: diet and exercise really work!’”
4. Melissa Joan Hart
Since having her baby, the Melissa & Joey actress claims to have dropped two dress sizes. Mark Wilkerson, her musician husband, she claims, assisted her in becoming in better shape. “My husband is really into fitness, and I’ve always been big into working out. 5. Khloe Kardashian
According to the reality star, her breakup with NBA superstar Lamar Odom inspired her to become her best version.
“I was having a hard time with Lamar. It was toward the end of our union, and there was so much drama. I needed a release. At first, it was so hard. It was baby steps, but I started feeling so much better. The first 45 days you’re exhausted, you’re sore, and I actually felt fatter because I was swollen. If you keep going, you’re eventually like, ’Wow, is that an indentation on my arm?’” she said.
6. Melissa McCarthy
The award-winning actress said that getting designers to clothe her for red carpet events was difficult. She ultimately chose to simply change her mindset regarding her weight, which turned out to be better for her than any diet. “I truly stopped worrying about it,” she shared. “I think there’s something to kinda loosening up and not being so nervous and rigid about it that, bizarrely, has worked.”

If you can’t make it to the gym, you can always work out with your baby,” she said.
When she was spending long hours on set, the award-winning actress and singer stated it was difficult for her to eat correctly. “I didn’t understand that all I could have was 12 almonds when there was a plate of doughnuts! I was addicted to that Thanksgiving feeling of cleaning your plate,” she recalled.
Working out on a daily basis eventually helped her lose weight, but she refuses to acknowledge that being slim has an impact on how you feel. “People say, ‘You look so pretty!’ But I was pretty before,” she said. “Whether or not I’m this size, I always preached, ‘Be comfortable with yourself,’ and I will preach that forever.”
