Adele admitted that she concentrated on exercising rather than dieting. “I do my weights in the morning, then I normally hike or I box in the afternoon, and then I go and do my cardio at night. No intermittent fasting. Nothing. If anything, I eat more than I used to because I work out so hard,” she said.

I decided I was going to have 2 protein shakes and a very small dinner every day. I did that for 8 weeks, then I switched to a strict 2,000-calorie-a-day diet. I lost 25 pounds that way.”

The TV host and comedian stated that he feel strained to look fit and is constantly concerned about maintaining his weight. “I definitely feel pressure to keep slim. I don’t want to be the guy who lost weight and gained it all back,” he said.
